I tried Curry a couple of times at the Thai restaurant in the USA. My favorite were light green color curry and orange color curry. My friend, Wanida who I met in the University of Colorado in Fort Collins, took me first there and I became a regular customer after tasting them. I have a good memory about Curry.

India is believed to be the country of origin of Curry, but I've never tried India Curry. So this week I went to the India Curry buffet restaurant around Hong-University.  It looked unappetizing in the picture but tasted so Good!
