Cherry Creek State Park

We went to the neighboring park, Cherry Creek State Park, before going to church last Sunday. The lake was frozen hard that a few people rode on a sled and had a ice-fishing. My children was so excited to see the frozen lake that they jumped, ran, and had a slide on the ice. For me, it was also the first time to walk on the iced-up lake. Very delightful.

The style and concept of park sounds a little bit different from us. They do not seem lay out a park. I do not mean the park is abandoned. They seem to think it more important to let the park be. Humans intervene in the nature as the minimum as they could. They look like enjoying the nature the way it is. At least artificial management appears be done in the park, I think.
